Credited with over three decades of experience in Bodywork, Breathwork & Constellations. He had a spiritual awakening in Bali 30 years ago, where his path to bodywork unfolded. Ricardo has trained in the land of Hawaiian teachers from the sacred island of Molokai. His journey through the islands has endowed him with profound insights and connections to the ancient Polynesian heritage.

We booked a Vila in Vale de Telha, nestled in Portugal’s stunning Costa Vicentina, is a serene coastal place known for its breathtaking cliffs, golden beaches, and unspoiled nature.
Surrounded by the Southwest Alentejo and Vicentine Coast Natural Park, this peaceful haven offers the perfect setting for Ricardo’s Lomi Lomi retreat.
